In our selection of (outdoor) drinks we have already prepared a number of product suggestions for you , check them out here
The crackle of logs, the smell of smoldering wood, and the pleasant warmth of a crackling fire - there is something magical about an (outdoor) drink. Especially when the weather gets colder and the days get shorter.
If you are looking for inspiration to organize your own fun get-together, Vuurbak (as an experienced expert) is the right place for you. In this message we will take you through all the steps to organize an unforgettable drinks party.
Step 1: Location and Invitations
To get started, choose a suitable location for your drinks. Or give your "outside" a Firebox boost. If you have the option, a garden with a fire pit or fire bowl is perfect for this occasion. Send a (smoke) signal to your friends & family. When & where. And give them a real Warm Welcome.
Step 2: Hot Drinks and Delicious Snacks
No drinks party is complete without delicious hot drinks and snacks. Serve hot chocolate with marshmallows, mulled wine, and a selection of teas and coffees. For snacks you can think of roasted marshmallows, grilled vegetables, and spicy sausages, all prepared over the fire. On our other site (De Zoutzaak) we show you how to put together a healthier snack board. Check out the story on the Zoutzaak here
Step 3: Fire Accents
Make sure you have plenty of logs, kindling, and safety tools such as fireproof gloves on hand. Place this near the fire so guests can help fan the flames and enhance the ambiance.
Step 4: Mood lighting
In addition to the fire, you can also use mood lighting to make the setting even more cozy. Hang up twinkle lights and lanterns, and consider decorating the area with more "cool" items. Cowskins or the XXL sheepskin pillow?
Step 5: Warm Blankets and Seating
Make sure you have plenty of blankets and comfortable seating for your guests. Outdoor drinks can be cold at this time of year, so blankets are not only cozy but also practical.
Step 6: Music and Activities
Play calm, atmospheric music in the background, such as acoustic guitar music or mellow music. You can also organize activities, such as a storyteller by the fire or even a fun karaoke with songs by the fire.
Step 7: Winter Desserts
End the evening with delicious winter desserts. Think of warm apple pie, pecan pie, or homemade chocolate brownies. These sweet treats are the perfect ending to your winter drinks.
Make beautiful memories together.
Enjoy & Light your fire. Firebox stye
