THE DUTCH OVEN IS A DUTCH INVENTION. A MULTIFUNCTIONAL, CAST IRON PAN. THIS LIMITED EDITION HAS A MODERN APPEARANCE, STRONG LEGS ALONG THE SIDE OF THE PAN, 2 HANDLES ON BOTH SIDE AND A SPECIAL 'LIMITED EDITION' LID. THIS VARIANT IS ENAMELLED, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU CAN USE THE PAN IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT HAVE TO TREAT IT WITH GREASE: ALL THE ADVANTAGES OF CAST IRON AND THE CONVENIENCE OF ENAMEL.
THE DUTCH OVEN THANKS ITS NAME TO THE fact that IT IS EASY TO USE AS AN OVEN BY HEATING THE PAN FROM TOP AND BOTTOM. THIS CAN BE WITH WOOD, CHARCOAL OR BRIQUETTES. THE PAN IS MADE ENTIRELY FROM CAST IRON, SO THE DUTCH OVENS CAN BE USED ON ANY HEAT SOURCE. CAST IRON HAS THE PROPERTY OF CONDUCTING HEAT WELL AND ALSO RETAINING HEAT FOR A LONG TIME. PUT THE PAN DIRECTLY IN THE FIRE, ON A FIRE TABLE, IN YOUR FIRE BASKET OR ON THE BARBECUE. IN THE LACK OF DRY WEATHER OUTSIDE, YOU CAN EVEN USE THE PAN INDOORS ON YOUR GAS STOVE OR IN YOUR OVEN.

THE LID OF THE PAN CONTAINS HANDY LEGS. TURN THE LID OVER AND PLACE IT'S LEGS ON BRICKETS, CHARCOAL OR IN THE FIRE AND USE IT AS A BAKING PLATE. ANOTHER TIP: MAKE A TASTY PIZZA FOR EXAMPLE AND THEN PLACE THE PAN OVER IT. IN ADDITION, THE LEGS ON THE LID ARE HANDY FOR 'STACKING'. SO STACK THE DUTCH OVENS ON EACH OTHER. THIS IS HOW TWO ARE HEATED WITH THE SAME HEAT SOURCE. YOU CAN ALSO PLACE A CAST IRON FRYING PAN OR BBQ PAN ON TOP OF THE DUTCH OVEN.
