The Katai Forged series is a true feast for the eyes and anyone who has worked with it once is hooked. The knives are each forged by hand. Each knife is unique.
The series consists of a chef's knife, carving knife, bread knife, Santoku 18 and 14 cm and a universal knife. All knives are packed in a very nice box made of burnt wood.
Not dishwasher safe. Wash after use and dry thoroughly with a cloth.
