The Ooni wood pellets are packed per 3 kg and are made of 100% sustainable wood for at least 3 to 4 burning hours. As an indication: for one pizza you only need 100 grams of wood pellets.

The wood pellets are sustainable and organic and do not pose a health hazard. They are also safe to heat the Ooni oven, and the wood pellets are also suitable for the barbecue or grill. The Ooni wood pellets are made from pressed beech wood from sustainably managed forests in North America. Ooni plants no less than two trees for every tree that is cut down.
