Petromax atago grill plate insert

The Atago Insert is a cooking accessory for the Atago Grill Plate, which allows you to grill with direct fire contact and develop the grill marks that add flavor to your vegetables, meat or fish. You can also place a Dutch oven, skillet or percolator directly above the flames and the insert ensures that food remains safely on the plate. The insert can be placed in the center of the grill plate or on the cooking support. The insert can easily be lifted out of the plate with BBQ tongs to add charcoal or wood through the opening.
