Hot & cold Fireboxes. Make it an impressive presentation, every dish and every dessert. The Rivsalt FREEZE & SERVE contains four Himalayan salt plates, which transform every starter or dessert into a unique experience and a gastronomic experience.

Use: Place the plates in the freezer for a few hours and take them out again just before serving. the plates have one flat side; great for starters such as sashimi, tartar or salad, and another side with a rounded cavity; perfect for desserts such as vanilla ice cream with grated raw LIQUORICE. At the Michelin two-star restaurant Vila Joya in Albufeira Portugal, FREEZE & SERVE plates are used to present butter.

How to use

Freeze the plates for 2-3 hours. After use, wipe clean with a sponge using as little water as possible and without detergent. Dry with a tea towel.

Allow it to dry for at least 12 hours before placing it back in the original packaging.
