The six salt rocks look like gemstones and fit together beautifully. Each stone comes from different parts of the world. They all have their own unique taste and therefore work excellently with different dishes and are always a pleasure to watch or work with.

Kala namak salt - India - shimmering black rock salt with a unique exotic scent and taste, ideal for seasoning Indian and oriental dishes, min 97% NaCl (black)

Persian blue salt - Iran one of the rarest and most exclusive salts. initially quite present and then rather mild with a silky sweetness. ideal for seafood, salads, French dishes and truffles. min 85% NaCl (blue to white)

Halit salt - Pakistan crystal clear cubic rock salt, very intense natural salt taste, suitable for all daily dishes, min 99% NaCl (Transparent / white)

Pink salt - Bolivia pink . Pink quartz stone salt, mildly sweet taste, suitable for meat and vegetable dishes, min 98% NaCl (pink)

Alpine rock salt - Austria visually striking red-brown rock salt, very intense taste, best used on dark meat dishes, min 87% NaCl (brown)

Himalayan Salt - Pakistan highly flavored with long lasting spicy warmth over a mild mineral body (taste). ideal for seasoning meat and fish, as well as vegetables. min 98.63% NaCl(pink to white)
