Smashburgers, a unique way of preparing hamburgers, brought over from the US.

Take a large meatball and place it in your preheated skillet or on the baking tray. Use the Smashburger tool to flatten the minced meat to make a real Smashburger.

The burger is very thin and therefore only needs a short time to cook. Turn it over with a spatula so that the other side is also cooked, and within a few minutes you can finish your hamburger bun.
