This hand-forged universal knife has a handle made of root wood. The raw blade in combination with the warm and natural root wood gives the knife a sturdy yet elegant look. The blade has a thickness of 2 mm and consists of 5 layers of VG10 steel. Thanks to the hammer blow, less sticks to the blade.
