These food-safe vacuum sealing bags from Wartmann have a high temperature resistance of up to 99ºC, making them suitable for sous-vide. The inside of the bags/foil are provided with a special pattern so that the air moves more easily and therefore does not accidentally remain in the bag after vacuuming. This makes them ideally suited for fast and airtight vacuum sealing of your food.
