Wartmann Sous vide rack

DESCRIPTION

This sous vide rack is super handy in a pan, water container or sous vide container. With the size of 16 x 16 you can easily secure your dishes in the rack.

The Wartmann® sous-vide rack is suitable for a 12 liter water tank (GN 1/2), leaving sufficient space for installing a sous-vide controller.

The rack offers space for 4 vacuum bags. The rack keeps the vacuum-packed products under water so that they can cook more evenly.
